6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.
Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation constitute proof of shipment and/or delivery. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery is confirmed, including packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control do not qualify for chargebacks, refunds, or order cancellations.

7. Returns, Refunds & Final Sale Items

All ink, transfer paper, and consumable products are final sale. Due to the nature of these items, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once an order has shipped, unless required by law.
Refunds will not be issued for incorrect product selection, incompatibility, improper use/installation, workflow configuration issues, or buyer remorse.
Any approved exception must be authorized in writing by SawgrassInks.com prior to return shipment.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.

8. Product Compatibility, Proper Use & Customer Responsibility

Many products sold on SawgrassInks.com are designed for specific printer models, ink systems, and workflows. The customer is solely responsible for verifying product compatibility prior to purchase and for following manufacturer instructions and guidelines.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use, mixing incompatible ink systems, or use outside manufacturer recommendations. Improper use may void manufacturer warranties.

Claims related to incompatibility, improper use, or deviation from manufacturer guidelines do not constitute product defects and are not grounds for refunds or chargebacks.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no additional warranties, express or implied. Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SawgrassInks.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks and payment disputes are taken seriously. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks by providing order records, delivery confirmation, IP address and device data (where available), and communication history to payment processors and card networks.

Customers who initiate chargebacks in violation of these Terms may be restricted from future purchases.
