Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on most orders over $100*

  • Free shipping applies to the continental United States only.
  • Orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations require a custom shipping quote.
  • Please contact us through our contact form before placing an order for these locations.

Shipping rates shown in the cart are calculated for continental U.S. destinations only. In some cases, freight displayed at checkout may be over or under the actual shipping cost due to oversized packages, double boxing, or carrier rate changes.

We reserve the right to contact you if additional shipping charges apply. Orders may be placed on hold until shipping costs are confirmed.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time may ship the same business day when items are in stock.
  • Orders placed after cutoff times, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.
  • If an item is backordered, we will notify you by email or phone.

Credit cards are charged only when merchandise is ready to ship. All orders are subject to product availability.


Shipping Addresses & Fraud Prevention

PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders submitted with a PO Box address will be placed on hold until an alternate physical address is provided. Orders may be canceled if we are unable to obtain a valid shipping address.

Billing & Shipping Address Verification

For fraud prevention, billing and shipping addresses must match. If an order ships to a different address, additional verification with the card issuer may be required.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if billing information cannot be verified, or if fraud, unauthorized use, or illegal activity is suspected.


Risk of Loss & Delivery

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer, unless otherwise required by law.

Carrier tracking information and delivery confirmation constitute proof of shipment and/or delivery. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.


Pricing Errors & Order Corrections

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, product description errors, shipping calculation errors, or system inaccuracies. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.


Tax-Exempt Customers

If you are a tax-exempt customer, please contact us before placing an order so we can properly document your exemption.


International Orders

International orders must be arranged in advance. Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.

Please consult your local customs authority for additional information.


Returns & Final Sale Policy

All ink, transfer paper, and consumable products are final sale. Due to the nature of these items, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once shipped, except where required by law.

Ink cartridges cannot be returned once removed from their factory-sealed packaging.

If a product arrives defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Defective items may be exchanged for the same product after manufacturer approval. All items leave our warehouse factory sealed, and warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer.

Freight, shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Non-consumable items may be eligible for return only if:

  • The item is unopened and unused
  • Return authorization is granted in advance
  • The item is returned in factory-sealed condition

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus return shipping costs. Credits are issued only after inspection and verification.

Refused or unauthorized returns may be held for redelivery at the customer’s expense.
