Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. Items only ship out same day if orders are placed before 2pm eastern time. If an item is back-ordered, we will notify you by phone or email. Quantities are subject to availability . We will not be held accountable for backordered or defective items. Credit card will only be charged when the merchandise is ready to ship.
Shopping cart prices do not include shipping charges, handling charges or insurance, where applicable. We reserve the right to contact the customer for additional freight charge in situations where shipping charges were computed erroneously, due to over sized packages, double boxing, etc.
PO Boxes
We will not ship orders to PO Boxes. Orders that have a PO Box entered as their shipping address will be put on hold until we are able to contact the customer to obtain an alternate address. Orders on hold are subject to cancellation if efforts to contact the customer prove to be unsuccessful.
Shipping and Billing Address
Shipping and Billing address must match. When an order is shipping to a different address than the billing address, we require that all the credit card information be verified with the issuing bank. This policy protects all parties from unauthorized card use. Contact your credit card company and let them know that you would like to add an alternate or authorized address.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if your information cannot be verified, and if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Errors
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, shipping price errors, or other reasons.
Tax Exempt Customers
If you are a tax exempt customer, please let us know before placing an order.
International Orders
All international orders should be placed over the phone for appropriate shipping charge. We do not charge you any tax or duty, however, you may be subject to customs duty/tax and brokerage fees, payable at destination. Please inquire with the local authorities.
Return Policy
All sales are final and all products are guaranteed by their respective manufacturer. Ink cartridges cannot be returned after removed from the factory sealed package. Warranty information, if applicable, is included in the packages. Should a product arrive defective, please contact us immediately, but no later than 7 days from delivery. Defective ink cartridges will be exchanged for the same item after manufacturer’s approval. All items leave our warehouse factory sealed and the manufacturer is responsible for exchanging the item. Freight charges are NOT refundable. All other items may only be returned if unopened and unused. Returned or refused merchandise is subject to 20% restocking fees, plus, return shipping fees. Your account will be credited only after the merchandise is received and checked if factory sealed. If not, the item will be available here redelivery upon freight payment.
