SawgrassInks.com sells professional sublimation inks, transfer paper, printers, media, and related products. Because many of these items are consumable, factory-sealed, sensitive to handling, or subject to manufacturer warranty procedures, our shipping and return policies are designed to protect product quality, prevent return abuse, and provide clear expectations before purchase.
30-Day Return Policy on Eligible Non-Consumable Items: SawgrassInks.com offers a limited 30-day return policy on eligible non-consumable items only. Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date, must be approved in advance, and must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number, also known as an RMA.
Important: Ink, transfer paper, media, print kits, and consumable products are final sale once shipped, except where required by applicable law or when the wrong item was shipped by SawgrassInks.com.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on Most Orders Over $99*
Free shipping applies to eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States only. Free shipping does not apply to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, international destinations, oversized items, freight shipments, or products specifically excluded from free shipping.
Orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations require a custom shipping quote. Please contact us through our contact form before placing an order for these locations.
Shipping rates shown in the cart are calculated primarily for contiguous U.S. destinations. In some cases, freight displayed at checkout may be higher or lower than the actual shipping cost due to oversized packages, multiple boxes, double boxing, address type, carrier rate changes, insurance, or special handling requirements.
We reserve the right to contact you if additional shipping charges apply. Orders may be placed on hold until shipping costs are confirmed and approved.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time may ship the same business day when items are in stock, payment is verified, and carrier pickup is available.
Same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
If an item is backordered or unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or phone. All orders are subject to product availability.
Your payment method may be authorized when the order is placed. In most cases, payment is captured when the order is processed or ready to ship. For special orders, backorders, high-value items, or fraud-prevention reviews, payment and processing terms may vary.
Shipping Addresses & Fraud Prevention
PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders submitted with a PO Box address may be placed on hold until a valid physical shipping address is provided. Orders may be canceled if we are unable to obtain a valid shipping address.
Billing and Shipping Address Verification: For fraud prevention, billing and shipping information must be accurate and verifiable. If an order ships to an address different from the billing address, additional verification with the card issuer or payment provider may be required.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order if billing information cannot be verified, if the shipping address cannot be confirmed, or if fraud, unauthorized use, resale abuse, or illegal activity is suspected.
Risk of Loss & Delivery
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Carrier tracking information and delivery confirmation constitute proof of shipment and/or delivery. After delivery is confirmed by the carrier, SawgrassInks.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, unattended, or damaged packages.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery address and monitoring tracking information. For high-value orders, a signature may be required at delivery.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, delivery restrictions, holidays, or other events beyond our control do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If the package arrives visibly damaged, keep all boxes, packaging materials, labels, packing slips, and products. Photos may be required.
Contact us immediately through our contact form with your order number and photos of the damage. Failure to keep the original packaging or failure to report shipping damage promptly may limit our ability to file a carrier claim or provide a resolution.
Refused Shipments and Incorrect Addresses
If an order is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for all original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, redelivery fees, address correction fees, and any additional costs incurred.
Refunds, if approved, will be reduced by these charges.
Pricing Errors & Order Corrections
We reserve the right to refuse, correct, or cancel orders due to pricing errors, product description errors, shipping calculation errors, inventory errors, coupon errors, or system inaccuracies.
If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, a refund will be issued for the canceled item or order.
Tax-Exempt Customers
If you are a tax-exempt customer, please contact us before placing your order so we can properly document your exemption. Tax exemptions generally cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been processed.
International Orders
International orders must be arranged in advance. Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, and destination-country fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product pricing or shipping quotes unless expressly stated in writing.

Returns & Final Sale Policy
30-Day Return Window for Eligible Non-Consumable Items
SawgrassInks.com offers a limited 30-day return policy on eligible non-consumable items only. To be eligible, the return must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date and approved in advance with a valid RMA.
Eligible non-consumable items may be returned only if the item is:
- New
- Unopened
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- Unregistered
- Factory sealed
- In the original manufacturer’s packaging
- Complete with all manuals, accessories, inserts, parts, cables, tags, and packaging materials
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Approved eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original freight, shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable. If the order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Credits or refunds are issued only after inspection and verification. Returns that arrive opened, used, damaged, incomplete, altered, missing parts, missing packaging, or not in resalable condition may be refused or may receive a reduced refund at our discretion.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once shipped, except where required by applicable law or when the wrong item was shipped by SawgrassInks.com:
- Ink cartridges
- Ink bottles
- Sawgrass inks
- Sublimation inks
- Transfer paper
- Media
- Print kits
- Consumable products
- Opened items
- Items removed from factory-sealed packaging
- Items with broken seals, damaged packaging, missing packaging, or altered packaging
- Software, downloads, activation codes, licenses, or digital items
- Clearance, closeout, discontinued, demo, or special-order items
Ink cartridges, ink bottles, transfer paper, media, print kits, and consumable products cannot be returned once shipped or once removed from factory-sealed packaging. Opened consumables are final sale.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance. To request a return, contact us through our contact form and include your order number, the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return request.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly included with the return. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused.
Items must be packed securely inside a proper shipping box. Do not place shipping labels directly on the manufacturer’s product box or product packaging. Returns received with shipping labels, tape, writing, damage, or markings directly on the manufacturer’s packaging may be refused or subject to additional deductions.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. SawgrassInks.com is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged in transit.
Brand-New Products and Authorized Dealer Status
SawgrassInks.com sells brand-new products unless a product page clearly states otherwise. Products are sourced through manufacturers, authorized distributors, or authorized supply channels.
SawgrassInks.com is an authorized dealer or reseller for the professional brands represented as authorized on our website. Manufacturer warranties, when included with a product, are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms, limitations, and approval process.
Defective Products and Manufacturer Warranty Process
All products leave our warehouse factory sealed unless a product page clearly states otherwise. Many products sold by SawgrassInks.com include a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Warranty coverage, technical evaluation, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or exchange approval is determined by the manufacturer according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
If a product appears to be defective, contact us through our contact form within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number, product model, serial number if applicable, description of the issue, and photos or videos if requested.
Depending on the product and issue, we may refer you to the manufacturer for technical support, troubleshooting, diagnosis, warranty service, or manufacturer-approved exchange authorization. The manufacturer may require troubleshooting before approving any repair, replacement, exchange, or RMA.
If the manufacturer determines that the product qualifies for repair, replacement, or exchange under warranty, the customer must follow the manufacturer’s warranty and RMA process. In some cases, SawgrassInks.com may assist with instructions or provide an RMA when authorized or required by the manufacturer.
A product is not considered approved for return, refund, replacement, or exchange until the issue has been reviewed and the appropriate return or warranty process has been authorized.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form.
Please keep all original packaging, boxes, labels, packing materials, and the product itself. Photos may be required. Failure to keep the original packaging or failure to report shipping damage promptly may limit our ability to file a carrier claim or provide a resolution.
If SawgrassInks.com confirms that the wrong item was shipped, we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item. The item must be returned unused, unopened, factory sealed, and in the condition received.
Printers and Electronic Items
Printers and electronic items are not returnable for buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, compatibility issues, installation difficulty, software or driver setup issues, color-management issues, event cancellation, change of business plans, or because the product is no longer needed.
The customer is responsible for confirming product compatibility, ink system, printer model, operating system requirements, software requirements, electrical requirements, and intended use before purchase.
Once a printer or electronic item has been opened, installed, connected, powered on, used, registered, or removed from its original packaging, it is not eligible for return.
Refused, Unauthorized, or Ineligible Returns
Refused shipments, unauthorized returns, and ineligible returns may be refused, returned to the customer, or held for redelivery at the customer’s expense. The customer is responsible for any original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, redelivery fees, and additional costs incurred.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you purchased the wrong item, you may place a new order for the correct item. The original item may only be returned if it qualifies under this Shipping, Returns & Final Sale Policy and is approved for return.
Refunds and Credits
Once an approved return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund or credit has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund or credit will be issued only after inspection and verification. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fee, original shipping charges, return shipping charges, free-shipping recovery costs, missing item deductions, packaging damage deductions, or other costs allowed under this policy.
Freight, shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return Abuse
SawgrassInks.com reserves the right to refuse any return that appears to involve abuse of the return policy, including but not limited to temporary use, product testing, repeated return requests, opened consumables, broken seals, altered packaging, missing packaging, missing parts, product registration, damage caused by misuse, or any item returned in a condition different from how it was shipped.
